Welcome to the KelseyCare Advantage Pharmacy Directory.

When you choose KelseyCare Advantage Rx or KelseyCare Advantage Rx +Choice, you will have access to more than 58,000 network pharmacies nationwide. The 850 pharmacies located in the KelseyCare Advantage service area exceed Medicare pharmacy access requirements.

Within the 850 pharmacies located in our service area are four types of pharmacies-- Retail, Mail Order, Long Term Care and Home Infusion. To find a Long Term Care, Home Infusion or Mail Order pharmacy, refer to the KelseyCare Advantage Pharmacy Directory (click here to open a PDF of pharmacy directory). In addition to listing pharmacies by type, the pharmacy directory is further subdivided into Preferred pharmacies and Non-Preferred pharmacies. Preferred pharmacies include the Kelsey Pharmacy Mail Order Prescription Service, the Kelsey-Seybold pharmacies and all H-E-B pharmacies.

Prescription Mail Order

Kelsey Pharmacy Mail Order Service is a KelseyCare Advantage RX and RX + Choice preferred pharmacy that has lower copays for drugs than the copays charged by the KelseyCare Advantage non-preferred network pharmacies. Click here for Mail Order Prescription Drug Service Information.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If you must use an out-of-network pharmacy, you will generally have to pay the full cost (rather than paying your normal share of the cost) when you fill your prescription.
Generally, we cover drugs filled at an out-of-network pharmacy only when you are not able to use a network pharmacy. Here are the circumstances when we would cover prescriptions filled at an out-of-network pharmacy:

Non-routine situations when a network pharmacy is not available.
If you are traveling within the United States and territories and you become ill, run out or lose your drugs.
Prescriptions that are written as part of a medical emergency or urgent care visit

You can ask us to reimburse you for our share of the cost. (Please refer to your evidence of coverage, Chapter 7, Section 2. explains how to ask the plan to pay you back.)
