Take 288 South to FM 518 (a.k.a. Broadway St.). Take a Left on FM 518/Broadway St. Go approximately 1 mile until you see County Road 90. Go through the light at County Road 90 and take immediate Right into the parking lot of the Shopping Strip on the right hand side. Kelsey-Seybold Clinic-Silverlake is located in the same Shopping Strip as Domino's Pizza.

From Galveston

Take 45 North to Beltway 8 South (Sam Houston Parkway East) Make a left on to Beltway 8. Take the Cullen Blvd exit and make a left on to Cullen Blvd. Stay on Cullen Blvd until it dead ends at W. Broadway St. Make a right on to Broadway (FM 518) and travel past the light at Sunrise Lake. The Kelsey Seybold Clinic is located on the left in a shopping strip just before you reach the next light at County Rd 90.
