Exit US 290 at Jones Road. Turn Left under US 290. Follow Jones Road to Louetta Road. Turn right on Louetta Road. Follow Louetta Road under SH 249 to Vintage Park Blvd and turn right. Follow Vintage Park Blvd to Vintage Preserve Parkway. Clinic is on the right.
