To enroll in KelseyCare Advantage, you must:
- Be eligible for Medicare Part A and enrolled in Part B
- Continue to pay your monthly Medicare Part B premiums, even if the premium for the plan you’re joining is $0 (unless your Part B premium is otherwise paid for under Medicaid or another third party)
- Live in the KelseyCare Advantage service area
- Not have End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure)
