- Online - Kelsey Pharmacy Mail Order Service offers online ordering for refills only. To access this service click here. You can order prescription drugs covered by KelseyCare Advantage, and non covered over-the counter products, including special medical items. The prescriptions and other items you order are delivered free of charge.
- Mail - you can complete the Mail Order Form you received with the prescription drugs sent to your home. Mail the completed form with your copayment to Kelsey Pharmacy Mail Order at the address listed below.

Note: If there are no refills remaining on your mail order prescription, the pharmacist will call your physician for an authorization to refill the medication. If your physician denies the pharmacists’ refill request, the pharmacist will contact you by phone.
